Synergy is defined as "the interaction of elements that when combined produce a total effect that is greater than the sum of the individual elements.” This is precisely what the Doing Church As a Team conference is all about.

The book of Ephesians leaves little doubt that leaders are called to equip others for ministry. When individuals are developed and released to serve together, they not only accomplish more than they could alone, but there is a release of kingdom power that propels ministry forward resulting in changed lives and eternities.

Join Pastor Wayne Cordeiro, along with the New Hope Oahu Frontlines ministry and Halau for two inspiring evening sessions.

Each of the evenings will include the teaching of Pastor Wayne and a passionate worship experience with the New Hope Oahu Frontlines team featuring songs from their soon-to-be-released worship album. Adding their majestic pageantry to the nightly sessions will be the Halau of New Hope dance ministry.

In addition to the evening sessions, there will also be daytime workshops which will inspire new ways of thinking about important ministry challenges, get involved, and give practical steps that equip you to take your ministry to the next level.

A new direction for the workshops will be the “Second Mile” sessions. The first workshop will feature each communicator in a traditional lecture setting. After a short break, the session will continue with a related topic but facilitated by a host through a panel discussion. Panel members will have proven leadership abilities and expertise in the areas of their topic. The 2nd Mile sessions will cover the “nuts and bolts” of practical ministry in each of the topic areas. Be ready for anything as these sessions promise to be spirited and engaging!
